The only modules i have found that don't easily identify the power ribbon cable orientation are Doepfer. Everyone else puts some kind of mark on the pcb that aligns with the red stripe.
It's funny because Doepfer created the form factor but they keep their power connector a mystery.
Thankfully Doepfer has some of the best documentation online for their modules.

REALLY strong recommend for getting yourself an ES8 or ES9 DC coupled interface for a hybrid setup.

Too bad I don't have the money for the eurorack game... Too expensive. So for now it's software only for me.
