My m4 ipad powers up the kontrol mk3 just fine too. I use the ipad to power it up and to send midi to the ipad and since the mk3 has dual midi capability i also use a steamdeck as a mini com     See More un vsts that arent on ipad and send midi to that too. It all fits ontop of the mk3 so makes it feel very compact. And i use the iconnectivity audio4c interface to get both the ipad and my steamdeck audio to route to the interface and can send it out of the outputs so straight digital audio out to analog. 🎉🎉🎉    See Less

NI has definitely slipped. I reached to Customer Service for help with Maschine Plus because there were issues loading the various sounds. . Yes the MK2 worked better within the ecosystem of other NI hardware. The MK3 is a keyboard with controller features.
